Overview
One Peking stands on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, a Grade-A harbour-front office tower with retail podium totalling about 283,000 sq ft, sitting above the MTR station and seamlessly connected to the Harbour City precinct. Designed by Rocco Design Architects, most floors command unobstructed Victoria Harbour panoramas, with banks, securities houses and international brands as tenants.
The Space
Warm timber veneers, pale stone and soft linear lighting set the tone. The arrival lobby makes its impression with the GROW LINKS brand wall, an art installation and a focal artwork; the shared lounge unfolds along the harbour side, where a bar, display wall and grouped sofas host meetings and tea. The boardroom opens onto a planted light-well, while smaller meeting rooms serve team discussions; corridors are punctuated by phone booths and a print area, and the foyer by a round table with florals. Private office suites come in a range of sizes, with harbour-facing offices at the perimeter - balancing focused work with shared exchange.
Operation
GRA Kreator, under the GROW LINKS brand, is responsible for spatial product design, renovation and day-to-day operation.
