Responsibilities

  • Own operating budgets for managed assets - planning, execution and review
  • Develop leasing strategies and asset enhancement plans to improve performance
  • Coordinate operating teams and third-party service providers; monitor key metrics
  • Produce regular asset management reports to support investor communications

Requirements

  • 3+ years in commercial real estate or rental apartment asset management
  • Familiar with the operating logic of office, apartment or hotel assets
  • Strong data analysis and cross-team coordination skills
  • Background in real estate, finance or management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Rotate across office, apartment and retail assets to learn the full operations cycle
  • Support event planning and execution; help build community and membership programs
  • Collect and analyse operating data; produce periodic operations briefings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, any major; class of 2025/2026 preferred
  • Strong interest in real assets and business operations

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen real estate investment opportunities; lead due diligence and feasibility analysis
  • Build financial models and deliver underwriting and return analysis
  • Prepare investment memos and IC materials; drive deal approval and closing
  • Support post-investment management, tracking asset performance and exit planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years in real estate investment, investment banking or real estate funds
  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, real estate or related fields
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in both Chinese and English
