A Business Address on the North Bund - GROW LINKS | North Bund Jinmao Center

The North Bund is Shanghai's "living room to the world", forming a golden triangle on the Huangpu River with the Bund and Lujiazui and concentrating international business perspectives, senior networks and the city's core resources. In this defining district, GROW LINKS has partnered with the owner of North Bund Jinmao Center to launch a new smart serviced office - reinventing the conventional workplace into a relaxed, efficient and intelligent working environment.

Located at 919 East Changzhi Road in Hongkou District, North Bund Jinmao Center is a benchmark 5A Grade-A business complex certified LEED Gold and China Green Building 3-Star. A lobby roughly 15 metres high with a transparent glass curtain wall sets a minimalist, premium tone, while upper-floor seats look out over both banks of the Huangpu and the Lujiazui skyline - a high-calibre business front for any company.

Multi-layered transport and complete amenities support an efficient business life. Tilanqiao station on Metro Line 12 is a short walk away, and the planned Line 19 under construction will add a second line; several tunnels and arterial roads connect quickly to the city's core business districts. The center's own sunken retail street, Fengmaoli, covers about 11,000 sqm with light dining, coffee and business entertaining, closing the loop between working, hosting and leisure.
