GRA's "GROW Suisse Place Apartment Hotel" Set to Open in Shanghai
GROW Suisse Place Apartment Hotel, invested by GROW Investment Group and jointly operated by GROW and H World's CJIA, is about to open. The property is the Shanghai flagship of the Suisse Place serviced-apartment brand, and GROW's first heavy-asset investment in Shanghai's long-stay rental sector.

The project sits on the border of Xuhui and Huangpu districts, where the character of the old city meets the modern metropolis. It is only 400 metres from Jiashan Road, an interchange between Metro Lines 9 and 12; Xujiahui, Xintiandi and Huaihai Road are within a 15-minute drive, and the key business districts inside the Inner Ring within 30 minutes. The Dapuqiao retail area and Sun Moon Light Center are a short walk away, with everyday amenities close at hand.

GROW's real estate investment strategy centres on urban renewal - upgrading, optimising and revitalising existing assets in the core districts of first-tier cities, in step with policy direction for the "existing-stock era" of Chinese real estate.
The project follows an "acquire - add value through renovation - hold and operate - exit" strategy. The asset was acquired through the workout of a developer's distressed portfolio. After completing the acquisition, GROW partnered with CJIA to empower operations, drawing on the strengths of both sides in product, marketing, service and asset management to create 110 mid-to-high-end serviced apartments and fill a gap in the area's supply of centralised premium apartments.

Bringing every idea of "home" to life - a quiet retreat in a bustling city.
The apartments sit where Xuhui meets Huangpu, next to the Dapuqiao retail area and within walking distance of Sun Moon Light Center, with retail, offices, healthcare, education and services all nearby. Here, old-Shanghai gentlemen on vintage bicycles pass young professionals on the same street - vintage glamour and modern city life side by side. Jiashan Road station (Lines 9 and 12) is 400 metres away, with three metro lines within one kilometre reaching West Nanjing Road, Huaihai Road, Xintiandi and Xujiahui.

Order a hand-brewed coffee and settle into the lounge with its contemporary aesthetic, music in the air and the aroma of coffee close by; then step into the Moroccan-red elevator and head home.
Six room types serve young professionals, couples and families, and pet owners. The open-plan living space is finely zoned for living, washing, cooking, leisure and work, and a whole-apartment smart control system uses light to define each scene of daily life. Even at home, life deserves a sense of occasion.

Interiors take blue, white and black as their palette. Step through the entrance and soft lighting rises to welcome you home. Shoe cabinets, mirrors and side tables all use rounded edges - graceful lines that are also safer - a detail that shows Suisse Place's care for the idea of home. The open kitchen comes with an extra-long counter, sink, fridge, built-in microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher (in selected units) and a full set of cookware: functional as well as beautiful.
A sideboard, storage banquette, mirrored bathroom cabinet, under-bed storage and an oversized built-in wardrobe meet growing storage needs within a compact footprint. The three-way bathroom is fitted with a washer and dryer, with the shower and toilet separated for convenience and privacy.

A private terrace makes the perfect setting for a weekend gathering with friends. As night falls, a white gradient glass-and-iron sliding door closes off the outside world; lower the screen, switch on the projector and enjoy a night in from a 1.8-metre bed.

Shared amenities include a communal laundry and kitchen, restaurant, gym and hand-brew coffee bar, with an open courtyard garden linking indoors and out. Round-the-clock CCTV, 24-hour butler service, night security patrols and weekly in-room cleaning complete the picture - because even the most refined life deserves a lazy day now and then.
GROW Suisse Place Apartment Hotel, Xujiahui, Shanghai - we look forward to welcoming you.
