Urban Renewal Invested
Shimbashi Project, Tokyo
A whole-building conversion in Shimbashi, Minato, operated as boutique full-floor, private hospitality.
Overview
A whole-building conversion in Shimbashi 6-chome, Minato, Tokyo, moments from Shimbashi, Onarimon and Shiodome stations amid mature business and tourism infrastructure. Shimbashi is one of central Tokyo's established business districts, where the JR lines, Ginza Line, Toei Asakusa Line and Yurikamome meet; the Shiodome Sio-Site towers and Hama-rikyu Gardens lie to the east, Shiba Park, Zojoji temple and Tokyo Tower to the west via Onarimon, and Ginza is a short walk north.
Conversion and Operation
The building was converted through change of use, spatial reconfiguration and premium fit-out, and is operated as boutique full-floor, private hospitality: one guest party per floor, balancing privacy with a premium experience for the mature business and leisure demand around Shimbashi and Shiodome.
