Overview

Breez by Danube is a 60-storey waterfront landmark in Dubai Maritime City, inspired by the calm of the seafront. Maritime City sits between Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks, one of the city's most distinctive coastal districts, combining the quiet of the sea with urban connectivity: Port Rashid is 2 minutes away, Dubai Cruise Terminal 2 is 3 minutes, Dubai World Trade Centre 8 minutes, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame 10 minutes and Dubai International Airport 15 minutes, with a metro station opening soon. Unlike the crowded beaches, the district is a low-density, private waterfront community of garden walks, cafés and leisure spaces.

Following its Oceanz project, Danube again brings fully furnished sea-view residences to market. A seafront promenade extending to the tower offers 360° open views, letting life flow as lightly as the project's name suggests.

The tower rises 60 storeys: residential units occupy levels 2-46, with one 4-bedroom unit on each of levels 22-25 - the level-22 unit with a triple-height balcony; Breez Villas occupy levels 47-48; amenity decks sit on levels 10 and 60, above eight parking levels. The unit mix spans studios, flex studios, 1-bedroom and flex 1-bedroom units, premium 2- to 4-bedroom apartments and villas, with flex layouts convertible into an additional bedroom. Total areas including balconies run from roughly 394-478 sq ft for studios and 603-806 sq ft for 1-bedroom units to 1,026-1,277 sq ft for 2-bedroom and about 1,769 sq ft for 3-bedroom units. Every unit is delivered fully furnished, with panoramic sea, marina and skyline view orientations.

The homecoming sequence begins in a grand lobby with an approximately 1,500 sq ft aquarium and an atrium inspired by the rhythm of the sea. The level-10 deck is centred on Breez Lagoon, surrounded by 34 facilities including an infinity pool, beach terrace, zen garden, kids' splash pool and daycare, gym, spa, clubhouse, cinema, cigar lounge, padel court and cricket pitch. The Breez 60 rooftop deck adds an infinity pool, sky lounge, outdoor yoga area and the Breez swing at the highest point in Maritime City.
