Overview
Zhian Serviced Apartment sits in Yong'anli, Chaoyang District, at the core of Beijing's Guomao CBD - next to Jianwai SOHO and about 500 metres from Yong'anli Station on Metro Line 1. The project is an existing-building renewal of about 3,244 sqm over five floors with 69 rooms, positioned as a serviced apartment for both short and long stays, combining accommodation, leisure, co-working and fitness. Interior and FF&E design were completed by Lefull Group, and the property opened in August 2023.
The space
The name Zhian evokes reeds swaying in the wind and catching the light. Interiors rest on a soft, understated palette - cloud grey, shore brown and reed yellow - with natural materials such as timber, stone and rattan. The public floor unfolds from the entrance reception to a central water bar and on to meeting nooks, supported by a restaurant, lobby bar, co-working space, meeting hall, gym and laundry.
Guest rooms use warm earth tones and merge entry, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom into one continuous space. Every room is smart-home enabled and equipped with a kitchen, fridge and washing machine, serving both short stays and long-term residents.
